These terms govern access to innoanalyticshub.digital and enquiries for governance framework audit services offered by Innoanalyticshub (“we”, “us”) from 33 Cheung Shek Rd, Cheung Chau, Islands District, Hong Kong.

Services

We provide consulting audits of governance frameworks for fintech startups, including full framework audits, board oversight reviews, policy and control mapping, and regulatory readiness audits. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.

No software licence

We do not sell governance software through this site. Any third-party tools discussed remain subject to their own licences between you and those vendors.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this site are informational starting points. Final fees, payment schedule, and scope appear in the proposal. This site does not process payments or checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and deliverable templates remain our property until assigned in a signed agreement. Client data, policies, and materials you share remain yours.

Confidentiality

Non-public information shared for scoping or audit work is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement, subject to the proposal and any separate NDA.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on informational content. Liability under a signed engagement is limited as stated in that agreement. An audit is a point-in-time assessment and does not guarantee regulatory approval or investment outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a later agreement states otherwise.
