We are a small audit studio focused on governance frameworks inside fintech startups — not a software vendor and not a full-stack consultancy. Our work sits between founders, compliance, and board advisors when policies look complete but ownership is thin.
How we work
Engagements start with a scoping conversation about your stage, products in scope, and which governance questions investors or regulators have already asked. We then map oversight layers, sample decision trails, interview owners, and deliver a ranked findings pack with a remediation sequence your team can staff.
Deliverables are written for people who must act: framework maps, ownership matrices, policy hierarchies, and workshop notes — so governance remains maintainable after we leave.
